Licensed Academy Director on staff who has various responsibilities as the leader of a Development Academy Club: structuring long-term vision and policy for their club, developing and implementing talent development plans, and improving the competencies of club staff, among others.
An experienced soccer coaching staff that pursue higher coaching education opportunities and licensing through US Soccer Federation with full support from the club.
YOUTH PARTNERS

Brooklyn Force has established a youth partnership with New York City FC. The program includes season tickets to all First Team home games, several on-field player experiences, fundraising options, coaching education, and access to the NYCFC Training Center Talent ID program. The partnership with New York City FC offers a clear pathway for the local youth soccer community to reach the highest level of competition, providing each access to the invaluable resources and expertise of Major League Soccer’s 20th team.

U9-U13 PROGRAM
U9-U13 Boys & Girls: The club provides consistent weekly training and competitive league play for our players in the New York City area with opportunities to compete in regional tournaments and qualifying events
Rosters: Players will be placed in an environment deemed appropriate by Directors and coaching staff; based on competency in the four components (Technical, Tactical, Physical, and Mental).
The coaching staff may mix rosters to provide different competition levels, increase soccer IQ, and sharpen skills for the chance to maintain a spot or advance in the player pool.
Commitment: All players are encouraged to train as many days as possible per week and demonstrate they are in the higher percentage of the four components in the player pool: Technical, Tactical, Physical, Mental.
Each Roster will work to improve their team’s “Got Soccer” resume which opens up opportunities to compete in higher level leagues & events.

U6-U8 FORCE JUNIORS PROGRAM
What is the Juniors Academy Program?
The Brooklyn Force SC Juniors Academy is a school year program designed for young players that are beginning to show a great love for the game, and those families looking for a bigger commitment to soccer for their children in a more challenging environment and more advanced coaching. The program is comprised of male and female athletes between 6 — 8 years of age.
The Program's primary objective is to maximize the development of every child
in each of the four elements of the game in a FUN & SAFE environment!

This is done by using progressive methods of training to introduce new ideas and information in a manner that is easy to understand and apply by our youngest players. Furthermore, this program is an introduction to the Brooklyn Force Soccer Club and opportunities to prepare players to advance into the full competitive program starting at U9. The Juniors program starts in mid-September and finishes in late-May with breaks for holidays and time off from school.
Players can attend training sessions at our indoor, climate controlled clubhouse in Gowanus
Several Intra-squad "friendlies" will be scheduled at the various locations for each player to experience game speed and apply their fundamental skills from the program.
